After Tugger, a Jeep 4x4, was injured in World War Two, his radiator fan has replaced with an airplane propeller providing inspiration to a very special dream. Tugger was convinced that his destiny was to one day fly like a real airplane. Tugger now spends his time at an airfield and is always in trouble with the tower cheief and his crazy little dog, Max.
